Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program


The purpose of the Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program is to provide some financial relief for current employees enrolled in higher education courses and to offer an incentive to uphold successful passing grades.

Eligibility and Participation:

Applicant – Applicants must meet the following factors to be determined eligible for the Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program:

    • Applicants must be employed by Rocky Mountain Care for a minimum of 6 months before being considered for the Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program
    • Applicants must be a full-time employee for Rocky Mountain Care
    • The degree/program the applicant is studying must be deemed relevant to their employment position at Rocky Mountain Care by HR to be considered eligible
    • Applicants must submit course transcripts at the completion of each semester
    • A passing grade in each course must be reflected on official transcripts to receive reimbursement

Tuition Reimbursement Amount (effective 09/15/2022):

  • Up to $3,000 in tuition reimbursement will be paid directly to eligible employee on an annual basis for a two year commitment with Rocky Mountain Care
  • The tuition reimbursement amount will be paid at the end of the semester following:
    • Completion of the semester
    • Submission of transcript
    • Passing grade in all courses
