If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, please contact your HR/payroll personnel for more assistance. For security reasons, only they can help you retrieve this information.

To log in, simply use the “Login” tab in the top-right corner of any page on the Paycom website. This will direct you to a page where you must enter your username, password and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

If you need assistance logging in, please contact your HR/payroll personnel. For security reasons, only they can help you retrieve passwords.

Our mobile app, called “Paycom,” is available for free download in the App Store® or Google Play®.

The system will unlock your account after 15 minutes.

It’s easy! Before you log in, do the following:

  • click the gear icon on the login screen
  • click “Login Settings”
  • click “Reset Quick Login”

From here you can change your four-digit PIN.

It’s easy to access your pay stubs!

  • Log in to Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®
  • Click “Payroll”
  • Click “View Pay Stubs”

If you do not have access to Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®, please contact HR/payroll personnel.

If you are having trouble logging in, you will need to contact your HR/payroll personnel. To ensure data stays secure for your protection, only they can help you retrieve pay stubs.

IRS Form W-2s are mailed by Jan. 31 each year.

For faster access, your digital Form W-2 can be accessed through Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®. Once you have logged in, click “My Payroll” and then “Year-End Tax Forms.”

If you do not have access to Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®, please contact HR/payroll personnel for your W-2.
