Our Level Up Program consists of 3 Levels of skill sets and goals. At the completion of each level, RMC Nurses and Certified Nurses Aides/ Nursing Aides have the opportunity to increase their hourly wage by $1/hr per level!
Our Mentor Program is for those that love to teach others! Become a mentor and build relationships, practice your skills, and get paid to train. This program is for both Nurses and Certified Nurses Aides/ Nursing Aides!
CNA to Med Tech Program
Become a Med Tech through Rocky Mountain Care’s CNA to Med Tech Program! If you meet all of thequalifications, RMC would love to pay for your training to provide the opportunity to advance your nursing career!
