Rocky Mountain Care is proud to offer a full benefits package to full-time employees who work 30 or more hours a week. You and your family can get benefits starting the first of the month after you’ve worked for 30 days. Rocky Mountain Care provides the following comprehensive benefits package:

Who is Eligible:

• You and your dependents (like your spouse, children under 26, or disabled dependents) can get benefits.
• Your choices last until the next open enrollment, unless something big changes in your life.
• If something big changes (called a qualifying event), you must tell HR within 30 days.
  

Qualifying Events Include:

• Losing coverage from a Spouse or Parent
• Getting Married
• Getting a Divorce
• Legal Separation
• Having a Baby
• Adopting a child or a Change in Custody
• A Death in the family
